1. Therapeutic Indications & Overview
NVHOPE-OD is a combination of Doxylamine Succinate (an antihistamine), Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), and Folic Acid. It targets nausea and vomiting of pregnancy (NVP)—commonly known as morning sickness—with a convenient once-daily dosing regimen.

2. Mechanism of Action
Doxylamine blocks H1 histamine receptors and cholinergic activity to suppress the brain's vomiting center. Pyridoxine Hcl works on neurotransmitter metabolism to reduce nausea. Folic acid is included to support neural tube development in the early fetus during the critical first trimester.
3. Dosage & Administration
Usually taken as one tablet daily at bedtime on an empty stomach. If symptoms are severe, dosage may be adjusted as per clinical judgment.
