Cornfyl-200 features natural micronized progesterone in soft gelatin capsules. Micronization reduces the particle size of progesterone, dramatically improving absorption and bioavailability. The softgel format allows for flexible administration routes.

2. Mechanism of Action
It can be administered either orally or vaginally. Vaginal administration bypasses first-pass hepatic metabolism, delivering high concentrations directly to the uterine tissue with fewer systemic side effects like drowsiness.

Typically 200mg to 400mg daily in divided doses, depending on whether it is used for hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or pregnancy support.
